Project Auditing:
Projects often times need another set of eyes to ensure they are delivered in accordance with the desired processes and procedures and that the inherent financial risks are well understood by the Owner. Conducting periodic or ongoing audits and assessments will ensure this information does not go uncovered. JP Associates uses the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) for process and due diligence to ensure the audits are coducted efficiently and professionally.

Integration of design with construction management and special services such as LEED certification is where our firm excels.
Construction Management:
We provide expert services in all areas of construction management from early constructablity and logistics to commissioning and turnover. Special services include procurement planning, contract review and development along with tender management.
USGBC LEED Certification:
The US Green Build Council (USGBC) acts as the authority for the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification levels. Our LEED Accredited Professionals provide management of the entire certification process and can also tailor sevices for your specific project needs.
